Product & Customer Care Agent (m/w/d)

These tasks await you…

• Immediate classification of customer inquiries
• Classification of whether a problem can be solved directly or whether it must be forwarded to a specialist
• Creation of meaningful support tickets
• Responsibility for complete documentation in the service database
• Securing the system connections
• Error analysis and troubleshooting
• Classifying and systematically processing service requests
• Informing customers by phone or in writing about the solution
• Forwarding of unsolvable problems to responsible departments or third level support, if available
• Interface function between First Level Support and other departments in the company
• Maintaining knowledge databases that contain solutions to common problems

What you should bring with you …

• Successfully completed technical degree (computer science, software engineering or similar) or comparable professional training
• Experience with support processes
